# 成绩单自定义

尽管原专业所修读的和新专业无关的专业课都会转入“其他学分”一栏，不再计入真实 GPA，但这些课程仍然会出现在成绩单中，看着很碍事，有时在提交申请材料时也很难解释清楚，有没有办法隐藏这些课程呢？答案就是通过“成绩单自定义”。

在“苏州大学信息门户”中搜索“成绩单自定义”，即可找到该应用。只需提交申请，在审核通过后即可隐藏这些课程。

此外，成绩单自定义还常常被已修学分已大于等于专业培养计划所要求学分的同学用来隐藏不及格以及不满意的课程。

需要注意的是，**一旦将某门课程成绩做隐藏处理，将再也无法撤回**。（也就是说，成绩单自定义中所谓的“隐藏”实际上等同于“删除”）

**说实话，转专业的同学没有任何必要进行成绩单自定义，因为迁移到“其他学分”的原专业无关学分其实一点也不碍事，而且虽然概率不大，但说不准哪天真的又要用上你已经隐藏的专业课。**

通常来说，目前***仅***对于 2021 级同学，有可能需要用到“成绩单自定义”这一功能。那就是当转专业成功之后，原专业的无关专业课出现挂科，然后为了评奖评优考虑，需要隐藏掉挂科的课程以免出现无法评优的问题。
